AI automation for Australian small business

Knock off early.
We'll do the paperwork.

We find the boring, repetitive admin eating your week (invoices, data entry, chasing, follow-ups) and build an AI assistant that does it for you. You stay in charge. It does the grunt work.

Plain English, fixed prices, built inside the tools you already use.

A freight depot at dusk with trucks and wrapped pallets under the yard lights

I ran a successful freight business, and the paperwork was all mine. Every week, invoices landed from more than eight different carriers and no two looked the same. Spreadsheets, PDFs, statements with the real invoice hidden in a separate file. Every one had to be matched against what was booked, reconciled line by line, then entered as a bill. Year after year, it took countless hours of my week.

So I sat down with an AI assistant and described the problem. Within a fortnight it was running for all carriers. When the totals matched to the cent, it uploaded and entered the bills by itself. When anything was out, it stopped and showed me. It even drafted the emails chasing late deliveries. I read them and pressed send.

It wasn't magic and it wasn't perfect. I still looked at the numbers every week. But I got my evenings back, and that changed how I felt about my work. Now I get a real kick out of helping other Australian business owners get theirs back too. That's what Knock Off Early is about.

What we automate

If you do it every week and hate it, it's probably automatable.

We start with the job that hurts most, get it running properly, then move to the next one.

Invoices and bills

Supplier invoices read straight from your inbox, checked against what you ordered, and entered in your accounting software.

Inbox → check → Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks

Chasing and follow-ups

Overdue payments, late deliveries, suppliers who haven't replied. Your assistant spots them and drafts the email for you.

Overdue by 2 days → polite chase, ready to send

Enquiries and quotes

New enquiries answered with a drafted reply or quote in your tone, using your real prices, waiting for you to approve.

Web form → draft quote in your drafts folder

Data entry between systems

Stop copying the same details from one program into another. Bookings, jobs, orders and customer details move by themselves.

Job system → spreadsheet → accounts

Weekly numbers

A plain-English summary of how the week went (money in, money owed, jobs done) in your inbox every Monday morning.

Monday 7 am → one-page summary

Recurring admin runs

Weekly fee runs, month-end reconciliations, recurring reports. Anything with a checklist can run on a schedule.

How we keep it safe

You stay the check.

No robot runs your business. Every automation climbs the same ladder, and only moves up once it has proved itself on your real work.

Built inside your own accounts. You own everything we build.
You set the rules for what runs by itself and what waits for you.
Written step-by-step procedures for every automation, so nothing is a black box.

1

Ask

The assistant answers questions about your work: explains, summarises, checks. You decide everything.

2

Assist

It does the first draft: the file, the email, the bill. You check every one before it goes anywhere.

3

Automate

Once it has matched your work again and again, it runs by itself within your rules, and stops and shows you anything outside them.

Questions

The honest answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can explain your job to a new staff member, you can explain it to us. We handle the setup, and you get a plain-English procedure for everything we build.

What software does it work with?

Most small-business tools: Outlook, Gmail, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and a lot of industry software. If your software can be logged into, there's usually a way. We'll tell you on the free call if yours is a problem.

What happens when it makes a mistake?

It will, sometimes, which is why we build in checks. Anything outside the rules you set stops and waits for you. On a Care Plan we monitor the runs and fix issues, usually the same day. And we always recommend you keep looking at your numbers each week.

What about my data and privacy?

Everything is built inside your own accounts, with access you can switch off at any time. We only use what the automation needs, and we'll explain exactly what the AI can and can't see before anything is switched on.

How much time will I actually save?

It depends on your admin. That's what the Time Audit is for: it measures where your hours go and puts a number on each automation before you spend anything on a build.

Am I locked in?

No. You own what we build, it lives in your accounts, and the Care Plan is month to month.

Where are you based?

In Queensland, working with businesses Australia-wide, by video call and screen share. We understand Australian GST, BAS and the software Aussie businesses actually use.
