1. About these terms

This website is run by SEAL Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 30 642 359 519), trading as Knock Off Early AI Automation ("Knock Off Early", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about our services and about using AI in a small business. It isn't legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and it doesn't take your particular situation into account. Examples of time saved, and the results described on this site, are illustrations; your results will depend on your business, your software and your processes.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete or current.

3. Our services and prices

Prices shown on the site are in Australian dollars and are a guide to what our services usually cost. GST is added where it applies. Before we start any paid work we give you a written quote and a client agreement that sets out exactly what we'll do, the price, and the terms that apply. If anything in that agreement differs from this website, the agreement applies.

Booking a free call doesn't commit you to anything.

4. The DIY guide

Our guide, Hire an AI Assistant, is sold through Gumroad. Gumroad processes the payment and delivery, and its terms and refund process apply to that purchase alongside your consumer rights.

5. Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms, or in any agreement with us, removes or limits those rights.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, images and logos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to view, share links to and print pages for your own use. Please don't copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

Automations we build for clients are covered separately in the client agreement: in short, you own what we build in your accounts.

7. Using the site

Please don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it works, or tries to get access to systems or data you're not entitled to. Don't submit other people's details through our forms without their permission.

8. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as Gumroad and software providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website, or from the site being unavailable or containing errors. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. This clause doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any separate client agreement.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of Queensland.
